Loopback is cable free audio rooting through a Mac. It is only available for Mac computers
Soundflower adds virtual devices to your mac to allow you to route sound in different ways. The additional software Soundflower bed will allow you to monitor these routed sounds.
Qlab is the industry standard piece of software for sound and av control. Other functionality can be found on the projectionand programming pages.
