Our 2015 meeting, hosted by BSAS will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday 15th April at Chester University.
Confirmed speakers are:
For our 'Advances in Reproduction Science' session, the keynote speaker is Dr Mandi DeMestre (The Royal Veterinary College) presenting an update on risk factors associated with early pregnancy loss, followed by shorter presentations.
Our Industry session is led by Jan Rogers from the British Equestrian Federation who will describe how the BEF support breeding and research.
*SPECIAL OFFER!* Our hosts have included entry to the BSAS equine sessions, held on the morning of 15th April, as part of the CFER registration fee. Two equine sessions will take place. 'Advances in equine science' which is a more general session encompassing nutrition, welfare, behaviour and genetics, with the key note presentation from Dr Meriel Moore-Colyer (Royal Agricultural University). The second session is focused on 'Equine Performance and Sports Medicine' and our key note speaker will be Dr Celia Marr (Rossdales and Partners Newmarket), who will be outlining cardiac problems of the performance horse. The registration fee also includes lunch, morning and afternoon coffee as well as CFER.
