Fred's messing up of images

This work has been presented at the Vision, Video and Graphics conference in 2003 in Bath. The paper is available here. In the mean time, I present here the results in more or less the same order as they are on the paper..

Here is an image from which I will remove the dustbin and the building.

And here is a segmentation of it.

The two following pictures correspond to the image from which the dustbin and the building have been removed and replaced by some texture, along with the corresponding modification of the segmentation images.

It is quite clear that the created boundaries between regions and texture in the regions look realistic.
