Using Timelines
The timelines in Dreamweaver
look similar to the ones in Flash.
In order to use the timelines,
you need to create a layer. Once you have done
this you can start using the timeline:
- Open the Timelines Window
(Window - Timelines)
- Select the layer you
want to animate and drag it into the timeline. This will add a blue bar in
the window
- Select a time for the
final frame of the animation in the timeline
- Highlight your layer
and drag to the point on the page where you want the final frame of the animation
to be. A thin line should be visible on the page showing the path of the animation.
- Click Autoplay in the
Timeline window and save.
- Your animation should
now play in a browser window (it seems to work
best in IE)
