One of my favourite dishes is Banga Soup
Here are the ingredients:
- 1kg of Palm Fruits
- 5 pieces of Dry fish
- 6 pieces of Meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 tablespoon of Crayfish Powder
- 4 Stock cubes
- Salt to taste
- Scent leaves or dry bitter leaves
- 2 Scotch Bonnet(atarodo)
