MethSoc seeks to be a group of Christian students meeting together and sharing in fellowship
and spiritual growth through God's love. Like most societies it is for students by students but is
supported by both the local and national Methodist Church. But just because of that it
doesn't mean you have to be a Methodist to be involved.
Everyone is welcome to share in fellowship and celebrate God's love and wonderfulness.
We celebrate the diversity of our faith and learn more and more about the God we love
(and loves us unconditionally - amazing) through interacting with each other
and sharing different opinions and interpretations of the Bible and God's work in the world today.
We ask questions and don't necessarily expect to be able to provide answers under our own
strength and ability but only through the grace of God can we understand a tiny bit of the
greatness that surrounds us. We share in growing in our faith and want you to share in it too.
Whoever you are and wherever you're at with God and in life God loves you and wants you to
love him and know him as a reality more and more each and everyday. Go on, come and join the revolution!
