What types of entertainment does the society offer?
Every week we have a social, where members can chill out and have a drink with other members of the society.
Once a month we have “Scene”. This is our big party, where you can dance, party and have fun with your friends and our other members.
We are planning other events such as trips to clubs, a Pride event, Nice n Naughty Party Nights courtesy of Aber’s local adult shop, Aber Mini Mardi Gras, Film Nights, and trips to theme parks and activity centres.

Where is the LGBT scene in Aber?
Unfortunately Aberystwyth has no gay clubs or bars most are friendly, and Aber is even renowned as the gay capital of Wales! The local clubs like The Pier, Yoko’s, and The Bay are all very gay friendly as well as the Students’ Union, and you can often find LGBT people there. So basically, just look around, or find out where we are!
