The Afon Teifi is just keeping within its banks after a wet and stormy day...

...but it's all blue sky looking the other way! ->

Partially restored mine buildings at Bron y Berllan.

<- Simple but helpful bridge over a ditch.

Looking across the upper Teifi valley from Rhos Bron y Berllan, a patch of moorland on the side of...

...Banc Gwyn (left) and Pen y Bannau (right).

Damp and dry patches in a sea of rough grass.

Rhos Bron y Berllan.

Graig Fach on the opposite site of the boggy bit in the middle of Rhos Bron y Berllan.

Spot the footbridge!

There are plenty of oaks around the upper Teifi valley.

<- A little waterfall in the stream coming off the bog.

Coed Caemadog with an old quarry in it.

<- The wet farm track leading to Caemadog farm glittering in the sun.

No footbridge. (A map misinterpretation led me to believe there was one, but it's downstream at Penddol Fawr.)

Yeah right, bull in field...

Ystrad Fflur cemetery, next to Strata Florida abbey.

One of the famous floor tiles in the ruins of Strata Florida Cistercian abbey.

They're located in the six chapels at the back of the complex.

The abbey's ancient cemetery.

<- Just about all there's left of the abbey that's higher than shoulder height.

This page shows my own views down the hillsides of Wales, not those of my employer. Does anyone really think the College is paying me to go walking?!?
