This is a list of genes on the pea genetic map arranged in the order presented by Ellis and Poyser (2002).
For each marker references are given which were used to derive this marker placement. The references are given in full in the file of references.
Note that these references are not a full set of references for that gene, nor are they necessarily the reference which first describes the mutation.

Isozyme markers are also given approximate locations, and these are indented on the left. The references for these isozyme loci is Weeden & Marx (1987).
