Congratulations to Adam Bitchell on winning the 2009 Aberystwyth 10K
Welcome to the Aberystwyth 10K website. Last year over 250 runners took part in the 10k to raise valuable funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. The next Aberystwyth 10K race will take place on Sunday 12th December 2010.
