With over 100 adult and junior members from Aberystwyth and the surrounding area we meet several times a week at the following times:

Monday 6.00 Senior ladies only. Plascrug Leisure Centre Aberystwyth

Tuesday 6.00 Mixed seniors & juniors. Plascrug Leisure Centre

Thursday 5.30 Juniors. Temporarily suspended

Our junior section caters for young athletes in the age range 8 to 15 years and meets on a Thursday. Click on juniors for more details.

The club organises two annual races: Apêl Elain 2011 Borth Beach 10K

Apêl Elain 2011 Aberystwyth Twin Peaks

We also assist with the annual Cambrian News Aberystwyth 10K.

Our Newsletter lists the weekly news, results and gossip!

Monthly committee meetings are open to all members and take place first Tuesday of the month in conference room courtesy of The Belle Vue Hotel, Marine Terrace, Promenade, Aberystwyth.
