Science is currently running at unreported speeds, due in part to its globalization (YES, here too!). Everyone has agreed to speak a common language in scientific research, so communication pervades among countries, social status, races or religions.
One of the most important consequences is the proliferation of multidisciplinary groups sharing ideas, data and projects. This process has triggered the blooming of science budgets oriented to blend old disciplines into some explosive cocktails that are enlarging the steps in scientific advances. One of these initiatives is that of Biocomplexity, a whole world to explore for everyone with a bit of curiosity, whatever his background is.
