  1. Changed osCommerce store logo
  2. Removed clipart icons for access to things such as account info and shipping by commenting out the appropriate <td> tag in header.php
  3. Added a new category "ThinkGeek", added three products to it and put them on special sale with 15% off
  4. Changed the CSS file to change the boxes from a dull grey to a pleasant light blue, editing some images that made up these boxes as well. The changes to the images was done by changing the corner image to a transparent gif and making sure all boxes displayed on screen were using this gif, changing boxes.php in the includes folder to match the correct filename.
  5. Removed the default text regarding what to do after installation from index.php
  6. Added GB Pounds as a currency

It has all the same traits of every uninteresting web store online. Mainly titled boxes for content, too many clicks to products and a table based layout, very inflexible and limiting to the abilities of CSS. Although the complex processes of people purchasing online is the more important part of this free software, as layout and design can be tinkered with templates endlessly. Also changed the theme to Lightword Theme by Andrei Luc, nice and simple, no crap.
