Downtown Serekunda from my Guest House A dangerously overladen pirogue at Banjul about to cross the mouth of the river Gambia Katchikali crocodile pool Bakau Baboon in Abuko Nature Reserve A crane on a tree in Abuko (there was also a monitor lizard just out of shot to the right) Janjanbureh (formerly Georgetown) incredibly laid back after Serekunda The River Gambia looking towards Baboon Island (supposedly there were hippos in the area, but we did not see any). The bush taxi which transported myself and 17 other people and 4 live chickens from Basse (Gambia) to Velingara Senegal during one of the several maintenance stops. Tambacounda station - 4 trains per week.
