Welsh Spring Conference in Cardiff (April)

Back in April we took a minibus of members of the local party down to Cardiff for the Welsh Liberal Democrat Spring Conference, taking part in the re-launch of IR Cymru (Liberal Youth Wales) as well as various policy debates and (of course) socialising.

Liverpool Canvassing with Liberal Youth (May)

At the beginning of May, five of us from Ceredigion travelled up to Liverpool to take part in canvassing and leafleting with a former member of the Society and the Liverpool University Lib Dems. We finished the trip with a Chinese and a night on the town!

Tuition Fees Protest in Cardiff (May)

In mid May, Matt Close (Membership Secretary and Interim Campaigns Officer) joined up with Alex Bashford (Chair of Lampeter Lib Dems) and young Liberals from South Wales to protest against Tuition fees outside the National Assembly in Cardiff.
