International Space Station and Discovery

Here are some pictures I took on 7th March 2011 whilst waiting for a pass of the ISS and Discovery (on its final flight). They were taken using a Canon SX200 IS on a tripod.



Two pictures showing the shuttle (left hand trail) and ISS passing below Orion. 6 seconds exposure at ISO 400.


I pointed my camera at the Pleiades, on full zoom (12x optical, 4x digital). This is a 6 second exposure at ISO 400.
